摘要 回顾60年中国白酒工业机械化生产发展的成绩与教训。在风送密闭粉碎原料、大曲成型机、行车应用等方面取得一定的成功和推广应用经验,但行业机械化发展的教训也是深刻的;分析了白酒工业机械化发展停止不前的社会、行业及企业原因。对白酒生产与生物、化学、机械、电子工程先进设备、仪器应用联系以及解决白酒工业机械化存在的问题进行了探讨。 The achievements and the lessons in mechanized production of liquor in China in the past six decades were reviewed.The achievements mainly covered the fields including pneumatic conveying airtight grinding of raw materials,Daqu shaping machine,and travelling crane application etc.However,the lesssons in liquor mechanized production were also painful.At present,liquor mechanzied prodcution is at a standstill.The social reasons,industrial reasons,and enterprise reasons for such status were analyzed.Besides,the correlations between liquor mechanized production and biology,chemistry,machinery,electronic engineering,and equipments application were investigated.And the existing problems in liquor mechanized production were put forward.
