摘要
白酒生产过程较为复杂,很难弄清白酒生产的全过程,从白酒生产过程中一个重要操作(影响白酒发酵和蒸馏的重要因素)进行论述。
Liquor production process is relatively complicated,it is difficult to find out the whole process of liquor production,this article from an important operation in the process of liquor production(the important factors influencing the liquor fermentation and distillation)is discussed.
