摘要
[目的]探讨超声波提取瓜蒌皂苷的优化工艺条件。[方法]采用正交试验,探讨溶剂、料液比、时间和功率等对超声波提取的影响,确定最佳提取条件,采用高效液相法对瓜蒌提取物进行纯度验证。[结果]超声波法提取皂苷的最佳条件为:溶剂为40%乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶25,超声时间为50 min,超声功率为90 W。[结论]超声波提取瓜蒌皂苷的方法稳定、可行。
[Objective] The research aimed to find the optimization of ultrasonic extraction fructus saponins.[Method] Orthogonal experiments were carried out to discuss the effect of solvent,ratio,time and power on ultrasonic extraction,and the best condition was determined.The purity of extraction fructus was validated by HPLC.[Result] The best conditions of ultrasonic extraction method for saponins was that solvent solution was 40% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25,ultrasonic time was 50 min,ultrasonic power was 90 W.[Conclusion] Ultrasonic extraction method of fructus saponins was of stability.
