摘要
采用超声波提取法,通过正交试验和单因素试验分析,确定提取烟叶中类胡萝卜素的最佳提取工艺条件为:以石油醚-丙酮(1∶1)混合溶剂作提取剂,超声功率100 W,提取温度30℃,提取时间30 min,料液比40 g/L,在此条件下提取液吸光度可达0.782.
Using ultrasonic method, based on the orthogonal experiment and single factor test, the optimal extraction condition of earotenoids was determined:petroleum ether-acetone (1 : 1 ), ultrasonic power 100 W, temperature of 30 ℃, extracting 30 min,and the ratio of solid to liquid 40 g/L. Under these conditions, absorbanee of the extract is 0. 782.
