摘要
研究生实验教学是研究生教学过程中的重要组成部分,是培养创新型人才的中心环节。分析了食品科学专业研究生实验教学存在的问题,结合实际情况提出了教学建议。
Experimental teaching, as an important part of graduate education, is the central link of training experts with innovative ability. Some flaws in traditional graduate education of food science are analyzed. Moreover, some suggestions are made for graduate teaching based on the experiences.
