摘要
新课程改革需要重塑教师文化,而教师文化的重塑则需要培育教师的教育信念,洞悉教师的教学惯习,最终生成教师的新形象。具体而言,培育教师的教育信念是教师文化重塑的根基,洞悉教师的教学惯习是教师文化重塑的抓手,而形构新的教师形象则是教师文化重塑的标识。
New curriculum reform needs reconstruction of teacher culture. The reconstruction of teacher culture need cultivate teachers'educational conviction,understand teachers'teaching habitus and improve teachers'image. Speaking specifically,the cultivation of teachers'educational conviction is the foundation of the reconstruction of teacher culture,the understanding of teachers'teaching habitus is its contents,the improvement of teachers'image is its signal.
