摘要
高校青年教师从入职到走向专业成熟面临着教学科研、个人发展、家庭生活等多重压力,如何帮助青年教师提升专业发展水平是一项重要的研究课题。未来教师的专业发展可以考虑从高校青年教师团队入手,建设有利于青年教师专业发展的环境机制。有效的团队建设可以帮助青年教师在教学、科研、交流、合作等方面取得更快发展。
Young teachers in higher school always meet multiple pressures featured by teaching and research, personal development and family in their professional development, which serves the evidence of the reasons for improving young teachers' professional development. With regard to the future teachers' professional development, it should focus on young teachers in higher school and establish mechanism which is beneficial for young teachers' professional development. Effective team construction will offer young teachers help in teaching, research, interaction and cooperation.
