摘要 欧盟国家教师教育机构与中小学间的多样化伙伴关系,在其保障条件、支持性政策等方面为世界教师教育、特别是职前教师教育提供了有益的探索范例与实践经验。基于此,推动教师教育立法与政策创新、构建教师教育的质量保障体系、调动教师教育利益相关者的积极性,乃是构建与深化我国教师教育机构与中小学伙伴关系的题中应有之意。 The partnerships between teacher education institutions (TEIs) and primary and secondary schools in EU nations set good examples and provide rich experience for global teacher education with regard to guarantee conditions and policy support,particularly pre-service teacher education. Therefore, initiating teacher education law-making and innovating current policies,building quality assurance system for teacher education,and motivating the stakeholders concerned will be the priorities to construct and enhance China's partnerships between TEIs and primary and secondary schools.
