摘要
在我国教育现代化进程中,在教育政策运行环境的复杂性和深刻性的程度越来越高的情况下,构建一个系统的、相对稳定的、操作性强的公共教育政策体系,是国家教育政策创新的主要内容之一,是使教育政策保持应有生命力的关键,也是教育事业发展对教育政策的必然要求。
During the process of education modernization in China as the operative environment for educational policy becomes more and more complicated, it is one of the main tasks of the national educational policy to make a systematic, comparatively stable and forcefully operative public educational policy system. Besides, it is not only the key for educational policy to keep itself vital, but also the requirement of the development of educational cause to educational policy.
