欧盟国家信息技术对中小学生学习支持研究

摘要 2010年，“欧盟委员会”通过了一个面向未来的“欧盟数字行动纲领”。基于此，各国陆续出台了教育指导性文件以鼓励学校应用信息技术发展教育，并支持学生学习。其目标包括：培养中小学生信息技术技能以支持学生学习；提升中小学校信息技术水平以支持学生学习；发展中小学生家庭信息技术以支持学生学习。
