欧盟国家教育政策的变革及原因分析

摘要 教育政策成功与否将直接影响到欧盟未来的发展。几乎在所有的欧盟国家里 ,教育政策的制定已成为重要的政治任务。历史上欧盟国家教育政策的发展形成了三种基本模式 :中央集权 ;中央集权为主 ,地方分权为辅 ;地方分权。当前欧盟国家遇到了一系列的新问题 ,教育政策也随之发生了变革 ,分权与参与形成了主导趋势。分析研究表明 ,造成这种变革的原因是深层次的 ,多方面的。 Successful educational policy is very important for the future of the EU .In most of the countries educational policy has becomea political task of high priority .From the review of the his tory of Europ eaneducational policy ,three basic models are resulted , namely ,the centralising ,jacobin state;the central state and the diversity of initiatives;the non -interventionist ,facilitating state .Con fronted with new trends,the European educational policy has to be reformed ,thus,facilitating and paticipating become the precalent trend .The causing motives are deeply rooted on the nasis of analysis researching .
