摘要
目的研究丁酸钠对乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-435S增殖的影响。方法观察丁酸钠处理MDA-MB-435S细胞前后细胞生长速度、倍增时间、克隆形成率和细胞周期分布等变化,并进行统计学比较。结果与对照组相比,实验组生长速度明显减慢,倍增时间明显延长(P<0.01),且呈现浓度和时间依赖性。对照组细胞和实验组细胞克隆形成率分别为(75.00±5.67)%和(11.70±2.56)%,对照组高于实验组(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,实验组细胞出现明显的G1期阻滞(P<0.01),G2/M期细胞比例显著减少(P<0.01)。结论丁酸钠可显著抑制乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-435S的增殖。
Objective To investigate the effects of sodium butyrate on the proliferation of breast cancer cells( MDA-MB-435S). Methods The growth velocity,doubling time,cloning efficiency,and the distribution of cell cycle of MDA-MB-435S cells were investigated before and after the treatment with sodium butyrate. Results Compared with the control group,the growth velocity was slower and the doubling time was protracted significantly in experimental group( P 0. 01) ,and the changes presented concentration and time-dependence. The cloning efficiencies of control group and experimental group were( 75. 00 ??5. 67) % and ( 11. 70 ??2. 56) % respectively,there was statistic difference( P 0. 01). Compared with the control group,the cell cycle arrested obviously in G1 phase( P 0. 01) ,and the percentage of cells in G2 /M phase decreased notably( P 0. 01) in the experimental group. Conclusion Sodium butyrate could repress markedly the proliferation of MDA-MB-435S cells.
