摘要
丁酸钠具有无耐药性、无残留和无污染等特点已被作为一种饲料添加剂,其被机体水解后形成的丁酸起主要作用。饲粮中添加丁酸钠能促进畜禽生长性能,有益于畜禽胃肠道发育和菌群平衡,提高机体免疫力,并能调节畜禽机体物质代谢。本文就丁酸钠对畜禽机体的营养与免疫调控作用进行综述。
Sodium butyrate,as a feed additive,plays a major role in the formation of butyric acid after hydrolysis by the body.The addition of sodium butyrate to the diet can promote the growth performance of livestock and poultry,benefit the development of the gastrointestinal tract and the balance of the flora,improve the immunity of the body,and regulate the metabolism of livestock and poultry.In this paper,the manipulation action of sodium butyrate on the nutrition and immunity of livestock and poultry were reviewed.
