摘要
针对当前图书馆人才队伍的建设现状,首先引出"明星馆员"以及职业生涯规划的概念,分析"明星馆员"对于图书馆的价值以及塑造"明星馆员"对图书馆发展的作用,论述塑造"明星馆员"的职业生涯的途径以及管理方法,最后指出塑造"明星馆员"并进行职业生涯规划是当代图书馆管理的发展趋势之一。
This article first educes the concept of ＇star librarian＇according to the current status of the construction of the library personnel.After analysing the value and the role of ＇star librarian＇,the creation and the managing methods of ＇star librarian＇career are discussed.At last the author concludes that shaping the ＇star librarian＇ and career planning is a contemporary trend of library management.
