摘要
图书馆界流程再造与机构重建是为了应对网络化信息服务引发的变革。数字图书馆和复合型图书馆建设中引进横向管理(平面管理)模式,就必须改革原有的纵向管理模式,包括岗位设置、业务机构、专业体系和考核机制,其中最为关键的是建立适应于纵向与横向混合管理模式的绩效考核体系和多元化人力资源评价体系。
The paper points out that the change of the developmcnt mode for libraries and that of the information need in the society of the new era requires to set up a smoothly operated management of human resources in libraries. In response to the revolution of networked information service, new ways have been explored to reconstruct the library, work. In this paper, emphases are laid on the new problems and challenges which the present Chinese libraries are facing in the management of human resources, such as the reforms made in the job position designing, operational and professional systems and evaluation mechanism, etc.
