摘要
目前,我国高校图书馆的发展状况很不平衡,信息化程度总体水平不高,同时,网络和信息技术为人与人之间信息交互提供了许多有效的工具和方法。图书馆可利用电子邮件、电子公告板论坛、网络寻呼机、网络聊天室、桌面视频会议等开展读者服务工作。基于这些信息化的发展,有待于进一步提升管理图书馆效率。
At present,the development situation of university library is not balanced,overall level of informationization is not higher,at the same time,the Internet and information technology provide many effective tools and methods to the information interaction among peoples.Libraries available email,bulletin boards,network pagers,BBS video conference table Internet chatroom and develop the reader service.Based on the development of informationization,waiting to further enhance management efficiency of library.
