摘要
采用微核试验检测了敌敌畏对泥锹红细胞微核、核异常的诱发作用．结果表明，在一定范围内微核及核异常细胞率与敌敌畏浓度、染毒时间呈正相关；当浓度过高或染毒时间过长时。
Inductive effects of DDVP on erythrocyte nucle us of loach were studi ed with micronucleus test.The results indicate that the frequency of m icronuclei and other nuclear anomalies of erythrocytes are dosage dependent in wi thin a c oncentration range of DDVP or testing time.However,it decreases with th e concentration or testing time over a suitable range.
