摘要
研究了0、0.15,0.20和0.25 mg/L HgCl2溶液0、1、2、48、d对黄鳝外周血红细胞微核及白细胞的影响.结果表明,不同暴露时间、不同浓度的Hg2+不同程度地引起黄鳝红细胞微核率和核异常率等遗传指标的上升,并引起白细胞数量及各类白细胞比例的变化,与对照组相比几乎都达到显著差异(p<0.05)或极显著差异(p<0.01).
This paper studies the effects of Hg^2+ on micronucleus and leucocyte in the peripheral blood of Monopterus a lbus at 0,0.15,0. 20 and 0.25 mg/L for 0,1,2,4,8 d respectively. Smears of blood samples are prepared. The results indicates that Hg^2+ at different concentrations in different exposure time could increase genetic index such as the frequencies of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies, change the quantity of leucocyte and the scales of different types of leucocyte, and the frequencies of damage items are almost significantly different in comparison with the control group(p〈0.05) or (p〈0.01).
