摘要
以泥鳅为材料,研究不同浓度的乙酸铜对泥鳅外周血红细胞微核的影响。采用鱼类致突变实验方法,以0.15、0.45、1.5mg/kg不同剂量的乙酸铜处理泥鳅,测定泥鳅外周血红细胞微核率。结果发现,在乙酸铜浓度低于0.15mg/kg时,对红细胞的微核率影响不明显,当浓度大于0.45mg/kg时,红细胞的微核率与对照组差异显著。
