摘要
在低功率微波条件下,采用水循环冷却器,对干酪乳杆菌鼠李糖亚种(Lactobacillus caseisubsp.rhamnosus)X1-12进行诱变处理,在微波功率400 W、辐照时间3 min的诱变条件下得到突变株W3-9,在葡萄糖15%的培养基和玉米淀粉废水培养基中的L-乳酸产量为115.8 g/L和73.12 g/L分别比原始菌株L-乳酸产量提高了57.98%和57.04%,连续遗传8代,产酸性状稳定。
The mutagenic influence of microwave irradiation on Lactobacillus casei subsp.rhamnosus X1-12 under the conditions of low-power radiation and circulating cooling water was studied.Under 400 W of microwave power and after 3 min of irradiation,a mutant strain W3-9 with high capability for producing L-attic acid was found by screening.The L-attic acid production of which were 115.8 g/L and 73.12 mg/L respectively from the 15% glucose medium and corn starch wastewater medium.The improvement of L-attic acid produced were up to 57.98% and 57.04% comparing with the parent strain X1-12.And it's properties of highly producing L-attic acid remained stable after many times of subculture or storage for two months.
