摘要
目的探讨转移抑制基因H1(NM23-H1)与多态性上皮黏蛋白1(MUC1)基因在甲状腺中的表达及临床意义。方法采用定量RT-PCR与图像扫描定量分析技术检测60例甲状腺癌中NM23-H1与MUC1基因的表达水平。结果 MUC1基因在甲状腺癌中表达率为75.0%(45/60);MUC1在无淋巴结转移组中的检出率为70.6%(24/34),在淋巴结转移组中的检出率为80.8%(21/26)(P>0.05)。NM23-H1基因在甲状腺癌中表达率为63.3%(38/60);NM23-H1在无淋巴结转移组中的检出率为73.5%(25/34),在淋巴结转移组中的检出率为50.0%(13/26)(P<0.01)。结论检测NM23-H1与MUC1基因的表达水平可能有助于判断甲状腺癌是否转移;NM23-H1低表达与MUC1高表达可能在甲状腺癌转移过程中具有内在联系。
Objective To study the expression and significance of NM23-H1 and MUC1 gene in thyoid carcinoma.Methods With quentitative RT-PCR and image scamming quantification analysis system,the expression levels of NM23-H1 and MUC1 were detected in 60 samples of thyroid carcinoma.Results The positive rate of MUC1 in 60 specimens of thyroid carcinoma was 75.0%,which was 70.6%(24/34) in those without metastasis and 80.8%(21/26) in those with metastasis(P〈0.05).The positive rate of NM23-H1 in 60 specimens of thyroid carcinoma was 63.3%(38/60),which was 73.5%(25/34) in those without metastasis and 50.0%(13/26) in those with metastasis(P〈0.01).Conclusion Detection of expression levels of NM23-H1 and MUC1 may be helpful in evaluating the metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.There may be an internal correlation between lower expression of NM23-H1 and higher expression of MUC1 in the metastasis of thyroid cancer.
