脑通胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织NO、SOD含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察脑通胶囊对拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织NO、SOD的影响,探讨中药对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠空间学习记忆减退的防治作用。方法本实验采用改良Pulsinelli4血管阻断(4-VO)法制造拟VD模型,采用行为学、NO、SOD等指标观察脑通胶囊对模型大鼠的治疗效果。结果脑通胶囊可缩短实验大鼠逃避潜伏期,增加跨越平台次数,同时降低脑组织NO的含量,提高脑组织SOD的活力。结论脑通胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠空间学习记忆减退有明显防治作用,其机理可能是与减少脑缺血后损伤有关。 Objective:To observe the influnce of Naotong Capsuleon on the contents of nitric oxide(NO),SOD in rats with vascular dementia(VD) and to explore the preventive effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on spatial learning and memory deficits in rats with VD.Methods:The rat VD model was created with the reformed Pulsinelli 4-VO method These indices were observed including behavior,NO content and SOD level.Results:In the Morris water maze test after Naotong Capsule,The escape latency was decreased and the latency and times of striding over platform was increased.Meanwhile,the NO content was reduced and the SOD activity was promoted.Conclusion:It is significant of The preventive effects in Naotong Capsuleon spatial learning and memory deficits in rats with VD are significantly.the Naotong Capsule has the effect of relieving the injury induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
