摘要
目的观察健脑通胶囊对老年痴呆患者的临床疗效及对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响。方法选取老年痴呆患者共118例,随机分为两组,均给予基础治疗,包括宣教,饮食调节,控制血压、血脂、血糖等,保证患者正常健康的生活。对照组不服用任何对老年痴呆起效的药物。治疗组给予健脑通胶囊1.5g口服,每日3次。180d后观察疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后SOD含量均比治疗前SOD的含量要高(P<0.01),治疗组SOD的含量要比对照组高(P<0.01)。结论健脑通胶囊能够提高患者血清中SOD含量,改善患者智力,对老年痴呆治疗效果明显。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiannaotong capsule on Alzheimer＇s disease and its effect on superoxide dismutase（ SOD） content. Methods 118 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into 2 groups,59 cases in each group,both groups were given basic treatment,including propaganda and education,diet control,blood pressure control,blood lipid,blood sugar control to ensure the normal and healthy life of patients. The control group took no drugs for Alzheimer＇s disease. Treatment group was given brain capsule orally,3 times per day,observe the result after 180 d of treatment. Results SOD contents in both groups after treatment were higher than those of before treatment with stastically significance（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with control group,the content of SOD in treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 02）. After 6 months of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 91. 52%,higher than 76. 27% of control group. Conclusion Jiannaotong capsule can improve the content of serum SOD as well as the intelligence of patients.
