摘要
相同的组织文化对组织成员影响不同,成员个人的背景因素起着重要作用。基于中国文化背景,研究了权力动机这一主观因素对组织文化与情感承诺之间影响关系的调节作用。通过验证性因子分析和潜变量因果关系分析发现,组织文化对于员工的情感承诺具有积极的影响作用;权力动机不同,组织文化对情感承诺影响的贡献程度不同。
The same organizational culture imposes different impact on its organizational members.This results from the fact that the individual background factors of the members play an important role.Based on Chinese cultural background,we have investigated the moderating effect of power motivation on the relationship between organizational culture and affective commitment.From the analysis of confirmative factors and the causal relation of latent variables,it is disclosed that the affective commitment of the organizational culture to the employees possesses an active impact and if the power motivation is different,the contribution degree of the organizational culture to the affective commitment will be varied.
