摘要 针对目前我国对啤酒瓶质量要求越来越高,而人工检测已经无法满足现代化生产要求的现状,设计一个由机械传动、PLC控制程序、可视化软件等模块组成的啤酒瓶厚度检测系统行走机构.为实现对啤酒瓶质量参数的在线实时检测提供一个操作平台,通过RS232串口将超声波传感器采集到的检测数据传送给计算机,并判断其是否符合标准.通过试验证明,该系统测试数值比较稳定,误差基本在±0.1 mm的范围波动,测量精度相对较高,可取代人工频繁重复操作的动作,解决因工人本身因素而造成的漏检问题,满足啤酒瓶生产的在线实时检测. Aimed at current situation that the requirement of beer bottle quality becomes ever-strict,so that the manual detection can not satisfy the requirement of a modern industry,a travelling mechanism was designed for the thickness detecting system of beer bottle,which was composed of such modules as mechanical drive,PLC control program,and visual-software and provided a platform for on-line real-time thichness detection.The data gathered with ultrasonic transducer was passed to the computer through RS232,and judged whether it agreed with the standards or not.It was verified by the experiment that the data detected with this system was comparatively stable,its error was within the range of ±0.1 mm,and its measuring accuracy was relatively higher,so that could substitute for the hard and repeated manual operation,the mistaken detection due to manual factors could be avoided,and the on-line real-time detection realized in the production of beer bottles.
