摘要
针对啤酒瓶质量不合格导致的爆炸伤人事件不断,而大多数啤酒生产企业对啤酒瓶无严格的检测手段的现象,提出了通过超声波传感器对啤酒瓶厚度进行在线检测的方法,对系统的工作原理、硬件设计、可视化软件以及试验和数据分析进行了详细的介绍。试验结果表明:该方法具有测量精度较高、频率响应快、操作简单等优点,能满足生产线上啤酒瓶厚度的在线检测。
Because of poor quality,the number of injury from beer bottle explosion is increasing;but most of the enterprises haven't effective measures,in view of existing situation,this paper expounded the application of ultrasonic,it can detect wall-thickness of beer bottle on time.The paper described in detail the basic principle of the system,the design of hardware,visual-software,the test and data analysis.Results show that the method has many merits,such as high detective precision,high speed,simple operation,it can satisfy product line on time.
