摘要
飞思卡尔开发的基于微机电系统(MEMS)的三轴向低重力加速计MMA7260Q是一款单芯片设备,能在XYZ三个轴向上以极高的灵敏度读取低重力水平的坠落、倾斜、移动、放置、震动和摇摆变化,体型小巧功耗低,且有可选量程,可广泛的应用于各个领域。本文简要的介绍了MMA7260Q的工作原理,且就其在车载导航定位方面的应用进行了设计。
3- axis acceleration sensor MMA7260Q is a single chip device which is developed by freescale based on MEMS.It can sense fall,tilt,motion,positioning,shock or vibration on the three axises in a very high sensitivity.It is small and has low power con- sumption.It has the feature of Selectable Sensitivity which allows you to select different g value among 4 sensitivities.So it can be ap- plicated in various of areas.This paper not only introduces the principle of operation of MMA7260Q,but also involves the design of MMA7260Q in automotive positioning.
