摘要
近几年,各种突发性公共卫生事件对我国的公共卫生体系提出了挑战。在应对SARS、手足口病、甲型H1N1流感等几次重大疫情的过程中,我国的公共卫生体系已经成为一个日渐成熟的体系。但是,与发达国家的公共卫生体系建设相比,我国的公共卫生体系建设还存在总体投入资金不足,人均拥有卫生资源缺乏,整个公共卫生体系机制不健全等问题。因此,我们应该在借鉴西方发达国家公共卫生体系建设经验的基础上,以公共卫生信息平台建设为核心,逐步完善我国的公共卫生体系建设。
In Recent years,kinds of unexpected public matters bring about challenges to the construction of China＇s public health system.In the process of dealing with the epidemic cases such as SARS,Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease,and the swine flu,the public health system is gradually becoming mature.However,compared with the public health system construction in developed countries,China＇s public health system construction still has problems such as funds deficiency,resource scarcity per capita,unsound mechanisms of public health system,etc.This article sugguests that,based on the experience of western developed countries,we should take the constuction of information platform as the core and gradually perfect the construction of China＇s public health system.
