血清TGF-β_1水平和TGF-β_1基因C-509T多态性与急性缺血性脑卒中的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平、TGF-β1基因C-509T多态性与急性缺血性脑卒中的关系,以进行早期干预和治疗。方法:收集100例急性脑梗死患者和100例正常人(对照组)的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清TGF-β1的水平及采用RT-PCR扩增技术进行TGF-β1基因C-509T多态性分析。结果:脑梗死组的血清TGF-β1浓度[(26.5±16.7)ng/ml]显著低于对照组[(45.6±21.3)ng/ml],P<0.01。脑梗死组TT型基因携带频率明显高于对照组,而CT型基因的携带频率明显低于对照组。CT型基因型携带者的血清TGF-β1浓度[(47.6±19.6)ng/ml]明显高于TT型基因携带者[(24.5±15.3)ng/ml],P<0.01。结论:血清TGF-β1水平、TGF-β1基因C-509T多态性与急性缺血性脑卒中有关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the serum level of TGF-β1, the C-509T polymorphism of TGF-β1 gene and acute ischemic stroke for early intervention and treatment.Methods:The serum level of TGF-β1 was measured by ELISA, and the TGF-β1 C-509T genotypes were detected by RT-PCR in 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke and also in 100 healthy people as control group, furthermore their relationships were analyzed.Results:The serum level of TGF-β1(26.5±16.7) ng/ml in acute ischemic stroke group was significantly lower than that of control group(45.6 ± 21.3) ng/ml, P0.01.The frequency of TT-type genotype was significantly higher in acute ischemic stroke group than that of control group,meanwhile the frequency of CT-type gene was significantly lower.The serum concentration of TGF-β1(47.6±19.6) ng/ml with CT-type genotype was significantly higher than that of TT-gene carriers(24.5±15.3) ng/ml, P0.01.Conclusion:The serum level of TGF-β1 and TGF-β1 gene C-509T polymorphism are associated with acute ischemic stroke.
