摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清中氧化修饰的低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和血管间黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)的浓度与疾病严重程度的关系。方法选取112例急性脑梗死患者和50名健康体检者(对照组),并根据中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损评分标准(CSS)把急性脑梗死患者分为轻、中、重度3组,采用双抗体夹心法检测各组血清ox-LDL、TGF-β1和VCAM-1的浓度。结果急性脑梗死患者血清ox-LDL和VCAM-1的浓度高于对照组,TGF-β1的浓度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度急性脑梗死组的血清ox-LDL和VCAM-1浓度高于轻度急性脑梗死组;中、重度急性脑梗死组的血清TGF-β1浓度低于轻度急性脑梗死组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎症破坏和内皮修复的失平衡在急性脑梗死的发病过程中起到重要作用,检测患者血清ox-LDL、TGF-β1和VCAM-1的浓度有助于了解这种状态和推测疾病的严重程度。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods The serum ox-LDL, TGF-β1 and VCAM-1 levels were detected by ELISA in 112 patients with ACI and 50 healthy control subjects. The ACI group was divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group by clinical stroke scale(CSS). Results The serum levels of ox-LDL and VCAM-1 in patients with ACI were higher than those in the healthy control subjects(P 〈0.05). The serum TGF-β1 level in patients with ACI was lower than that in the healthy control subjects(P 〈 0.05). There was obvious relationship between the level of CSS and the concentration of serum ox-LDL, TGF-β1 and VCAM-1 (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Inflammation and endothelium cell injury may play an important role in the development of ACI. The concentration of the serum ox-LDL, TGF-β1 and VCAM-1 can estimate the degree of ACI.
