摘要
[目的]探索底泥中重金属元素的检测方法。[方法]采用高压密封罐消解,电感耦合等离子质谱法同时测定底泥样品中铬、锰、镍、铜、锶、钼、镉、钡共8种重金属,优化了试验条件。[结果]该方法线性良好,各元素的检出限在0.002~0.198μg/L,样品测定的RSD均≤1.5%,加标回收率为96.4%~104%。[结论]该方法是一种良好的检测底泥中重金属元素的方法。
[Objective] The aim was to establish a method to determine the concentration of heavy metals in sediment. [Method] The concentration of chromium, manganese, nickel, copper, strontium, molybdenum, cadmium, barium in sediment were determined by high pressure sealed vessels assisted digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with optimized experimental conditions. [Result] The standard curve revealed good linearity and the detection limits of all elements from 0.002 to 0.198 μg/L. The RSD of the filter samples were all less than 1.5%, the recoveries from 96.4% to 104%. [Conclusion] It is a good method to determine the concentration of heavy metals in sediment.
