摘要
藏药是我国传统民族医药中的一个重要组成部分。藏药特殊的配方,导致藏药矿性很强,重金属含量普遍较高,这给藏药摄入带来了安全隐患。文章使用红外及X射线衍射(XRD)对典型名贵藏药"坐珠达西"进行表征,微波消解并测定其中的矿物质元素及重金属元素含量,再通过PBET对其进行毒性评价,旨在客观评价藏药"坐珠达西"毒理特性,建立一种藏药毒性评价的方法。
Tibetan medicine is an important part of traditional minority medicine in China.The Intake of Tibetan medicine,with its strong mineral properties and relatively high heavy metal content,has security implications due to its special formulation.A valuable Tibetan medicine-Tsodru Dhashi has been characterized by IR and XRD,and the contents of mineral elements and heavy metal elements have been determined with microwave digestion.The toxicity evaluation of it has been made by physiologically based extraction test to aim at assessing the toxicological characteristics of.Tsodru Dhashi and a relative complete evaluation method of Tibetan medicine have been established.
