微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定枸杞中19种元素 被引量:14

摘要 目的:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定枸杞中Na,Mg,A l,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,N i,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Ag,Cd,Hg,Pb共19种元素。方法:样品的前处理采用硝酸和过氧化氢微波消解。通过在线加入标准液的方法来校正由于基体效应和信号漂移对测量所造成的影响,内标选用L i,Sc,Ge,Y,In,B i 6种元素。结果:各元素线性良好,相关系数为0.9992-1.000。精密度1.128%-1.988%,方法的回收率为84.6%-111.1%。结论:实验结果表明该方法能满足痕量分析的要求。 Objective:A method was studied for simultaneously determination of Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Ag,Cd,Hg and Pb in lycium barbarum by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods:Samples were digested in nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide by microwave digestion.The instrumental operating conditions were optimized for the measurement of above 19 elements.Li,Sc,Ge,Y,In and Bi were used as internal standard elements to compensate matrix effect and signal drift.Results:The precision of measurement ranged from 1.128% to 1.988% in the terms of relative standard deviation.The recoveries for Lycium Barbarum were in the range of 84.6%~111.1%.Conclusion:The results of experiment show that the method can meet the requirements of trace analysis.
