摘要
从教学督导理论与实际相结合的角度,就新升本科院校教学督导的定位、组织的机构设置及其职能划分、工作重心与队伍建设等四个方面,审视并探讨如何改进教学督导工作。
From the perspective of theories of teaching supervision combined with practice, this paper tries to examine four aspects concerned, i.e. the positioning of teaching supervision in the newly-upgraded universities, the setup and functions of organizations, the focus of the supervising work and the construction of the supervising team, so as to find ways to improve the teaching supervision.
