论高校教学督导非权公信力——以湘南学院为例

On Teaching Supervisor Unauthorized Public Credibility in Higher Education——A Case Study in Xiangnan University

摘要 非权公信力是通过自身优良素质感染周围的人,形成"权威"的形象,高校教学督导建立非权公信力十分必要。要使高校教学督导非权公信力得到充分的彰显,一方面,学校要为教学督导提供必要的保障条件,另一方面,教学督导团更应该锤炼自我,正确处理好"督"与"导"等关系,从而不负教学督导使命,履行好教学督导职责,完成好教学督导工作。 Unauthorized public credibility is to infect people around and form some "authority" image through one's own good quality. It is necessary to establish this unauthorized public credibility in higher education. To make it more prominent, in one hand, some assurance must be provided by colleges and universities for teaching supervisors, on the other hand, teaching supervisors must train themselves and cope well with the relation between "supervising" and "leading". Therefore, the task, responsibility and work of teaching supervising could be well finished.
