摘要
教育理论研究的深化、教育实践的拓展需要有国际视野和长远眼光。当前国际教育研究现状为:1.领域导向研究:重视基础教育、职业教育、高等教育的研究,忽视成人教育、学前教育研究;2.国别导向研究:重视发达国家教育成功经验的研究,轻视发展中国家、欠发达国家的教育发展中存在的问题的研究;3.问题导向研究:有关教育的投入、政策、质量、公平等问题备受研究者的关注;4.实践导向研究:全纳教育、公民教育、教育变革亟待加强;5.方法导向研究:研究方法多元化与单一化的矛盾有待化解。当前国际教育发展特点是:1.实施教育优先发展战略,努力建设人力资源强国;2.构建终身教育体系,创建学习型社会,促进教育终身化;3.促进教育快速发展,推动高等教育大众化、普及化;4.追求教育公平,促进教育均衡化;5.提高国际竞争力,推进教育国际化。了解国际教育研究现状及其发展趋势对我国教育改革与发展有如下启示:在深入研究教育规律的基础上,科学制订教育发展战略规划;走教育优先发展道路,实施"教育强国"发展战略;关怀弱势群体,推进教育公平;构建终身教育体系,推动学习型社会建设;实施"五大教育品牌战略",夯实"教育强国"战略基础。
The deepening of research on the educational theories, the extension of the educational practices needs an international vision and a far-reaching planning. The present situation of the researches on the international education is featured by: 1. field-oriented study focusing on basic education, occupational education and higher education while ignoring adult education and preschool education. 2. nation-oriented study focusing on experiences of the advanced countries while ignoring those of developing or underdeveloped countries. 3. problem-oriented study giving emphasis to the investment, policy, quality and justice of education. 4. practice-oriented study paying attention to inclusive education and citizen education but weak in educational reforms. 5. method-oriented study requires a solution to the contradiction of unitary and multiple researches methods. Besides, the developing features of the present international education should be: 1. to give priority to the development of education to construct the powerful country of man resources. 2. to establish life- long education to make up a soeiety of study. 3. to accelerate the development of education to popularize higher education. 4. to seek the justice of education to keep a balance of it. 5. to strengthen the competitive ability to internalize education. The following inspiration can be drawn: we should study the laws of education to make it develop scientifically; we should give priority to education to realize the target of strengthening the country with education; we should care for the weak community to keep educational justice; we should set up life-long education system to promote the construction of the society of study and finally to lay a firm foundation for a powerful country with higher education and realize the strategy of five educational brands.
