摘要
解决西部药学毕业生就业难问题,应改革药学人才培养模式,提高药学生的就业竞争力;加强药学生的就业指导,拓宽药学生的就业渠道;完善就业服务体系;提高就业服务质量,提高学生综合素质,提升药学生就业能力。
To solve the employment difficulties for pharmacy students in west China, the training pattern should be reformed to improve the students＇ competive ability of employment;the employment guidance should be enhanced to broaden the employment channels; the employment service system should be consummated to improve the service quality;the students overall qualities should be improved to enhance their employment ability.
