摘要
由于高校就业指导的非系统性以及大学生就业面临着的激烈竞争形势等原因,药学专业教育机构应调动各方面的积极作用,对学生进行职业规划教育指导。该文初步探讨通过开展职业规划教育教程、指导学生把职业规划与提高综合能力相结合等方法,针对药学专业的特点教育指导大学生职业规划,将有利于药学学科的教育和学生就业和个人发展,具有有效性和实用性。
Since career instructions in college are not yet systematic enough for the graduates to face intense career competitions ,pharmaceutical education institutes should bring into play active influences from all parts in order to give students career planning instructions. This article is an introduction on instructing college students of pharma- ceutical majors in career planning by career planning courses and guidance to combination of career planning and all-round aptitudes cultivation, aiming at facilitating pharmaceutical education and students＇ personal careers and development in an effective and practical way.
