强化职业正能量的“三课堂四元素六路径”药品经管类课程教学模式改革与探索 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索并创新以学生职业可持续发展为目标导向的,融入职业元素、强化职业正能量的药品经营类课程教学模式,提高教学质量。方法分析医药学生现状,界定职业正能量和职业可持续发展的内涵,提出"三课堂四元素六路径"的教学改革模式。结果通过渗透优秀企业文化、重构实践教学体系、搭建群建共享的资源平台、创新教学方法手段、量化岗位考核指标、打造传递正能量的教学团队"六路径",将职业知识、职业能力、职业场景、职业道德"四元素"融入教学,实现第一、第二、第三"三课堂"相结合,强化学生的职业正能量。结论通过改革教学模式,提高学生职业能力,激发工作责任心,有利于培养业务精良、爱岗敬业、诚实守信、高度负责、充满职业正能量的药学人才,该教学模式值得在相关药品经管类课程中推广。 Objective To investigate and innovate a teaching model of medicine economics and management course, which aims at the sustainable development of students' profession,integrates occupational elements and strengthens positive energy of profession,in order to improve the teaching quality. Methods The teaching reform mode of the ″Three Classroom,Four Elements and Six Paths″ was put forward by analyzing the current situation of medical students and defining the positive energy of profession and sustainable development of profession. Results Through the infiltration of excellent enterprise culture, reconstructing the practice teaching system, building a shared resource platform,innovating teaching methods and means,quantifying the evaluation indexes of post,and creating the ″Six Paths″of teaching team to transfer positive energy,the ″Four Elements″ of professional knowledge, professional ability,career scene and professional ethics were integrated into the teaching to realize the combination of the first, the second and the third into the ″Three Classroom″, in order to strengthen the students' positive energy. Conclusion The reform of the teaching model can improve the students' professional ability,stimulate their responsibility of work,and it is beneficial to cultivate pharmaceutical talents with superior profession,dedication, honest and trustworthiness, high responsibility and professional energy. This teaching mode is worthy of promotion in related medicine economics and management courses.
