摘要
学生良好的职业人格培养是一项复杂的工程,需要学校和学生双方共同努力。本文从分析加强高职药学生职业人格培养的必要性入手,提出高职药学生职业人格培养的途径和方法。
Cultivating students' good professional personality is a complex project, need schools and the joint efforts of both sides. Based on the analysis to strengthen higher vocational medicine with the necessity of cultivating the personalities of students' vocational, puts forward the ways and methods of cultivating the personalities of its medicine students vocational.
