摘要 随着社会的发展,传统师生关系存在的问题已引起人们的高度重视。作为一名教师,要适应社会教育的需要,就必须突破传统师生关系上的领导与被领导,管理与被管理的状况,构建民主、平等、科学的师生关系。本文对和谐师生关系进行研究,主要表现在和谐师生关系含义的理解和构建和谐师生关系的意义。
