摘要
重视人的全面发展,重视学生完整人格的培养和个性的充分发展,是21世纪教育的重要内容,也是当今世界各国教育现代化的重要目标和共同趋向。在强调以人为本的教育活动中,班主任在教育活动中的作用也在发生变化。作为新世纪的班主任,要适应未来社会教育的需要,就必须突破传统师生关系上的领导与被领导、管理与被管理的状况,构建科学、民主、平等的新型师生关系,从观念到行为都要发生重大转变。
Paying attention to students’ all-round development, focusing attention on students’ intact personality training and fully developing their character-these are the important contents of education in 21st century, and also the important goal and common tendency of the world educational modernization.In student-centred educational activities, head teachers’ role should be changed, too. In order to meet the needs of social education in the future, head teachers in the new century must change the traditional teacher-student relationship into a new, scientific, democratic and equal one, and change their ideas and behavior greatly.
