摘要
研究了蚀刻液中FeCl3、HCl及HNO3的质量浓度以及温度对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢蚀刻速率的影响。实验结果表明,FeCl3质量浓度的增加可以提高蚀刻速率以及蚀刻液的稳定性;蚀刻速率随HCl质量浓度的增加先升高后降低;HNO3质量浓度和温度的增加都可以提高蚀刻速率。
Several factors influencing the etching rates of 1Cr18Ni9Ti were investigated, and these factors include the temperature and concentrations of FeCl3 , HCl, HNO3 in the etchant. The etching rates increased with the increase of FeCl3 and HNO3 concentrations as well as the temperature. However, for the case of HCl, the etching rate increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration. Besides, the stabilization of etehant was impro.ved by increasing the FeCl3 concentration.
