摘要
目的为了更好地促进介入放射学科的良性发展。方法总结近十余年来蚌医附院介入科病房管理经验,分析存在的问题,并提出相关的解决思路。结果分析总结出以下各项有效措施:注重人才培养,构建合理人才梯队;以人为本,患者至上,加强医患交流;严抓病案质量管理;规范诊疗程序,制定应急预案;健全科室规章制度,按章办事;加强学科联系;积极宣传介入知识,扩大病源。结论通过严格执行以上各项管理措施,在开展诸多新项目的同时,不仅创造良好经济效益,而且又保障了医疗安全,取得患者信任,扩大了社会效益,大大促进了介入学科的健康、快速发展。
Objective In order to promote the development of interventional radiology department.Methods Management experience in our hospital wards during the past dozen years was summed up,the existing problems were analyzed,and some solutions were put forward.Results The following effective measures should be taken:paying attention to personnel training,building a reasonable echelon personnel;people-oriented,the patient first,strengthening the physician-patient communication;paying close attention to the cases quality of management;standardizing the treatment process,setting emergency preparedness;perfecting department rules and regulations,doing something rule-based;strengthening the disciplines contact;actively promoting the knowledge of interventional radiology,expanding the source of patients.Conclusion Through carrying out the above management measures strictly,many new projects were developed,a good economic benefit was created and the safety of medical treatment was guaranteed,the patient's trust was obtained,social benefits were expanded.The above measures had greatly promoted the healthy and rapid development of interventional radiology department.
