胃腺癌组织c-myc与hnRNP K表达及其临床意义的初步探讨 被引量:4

Expressions of c-myc and hnRNP K and their clinical significance in human gastric adenocarcinoma tissues

摘要 目的:探讨c-myc、hnRNPK蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测71例胃癌组织及71例对照胃组织中c-myc与hnRNPK的表达。结果:免疫组化显示胃癌组织hnRNPK阳性率为78.9%(56/71),高于非胃癌组织47.9%(34/71),P<0.01,并且在胞质、胞核均有表达。c-myc在胃腺癌中的阳性率为56.3%(40/71),与对照组相比,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.01,且hnRNPK的表达与c-myc呈正相关(r=0.241,P<0.01)。以上两者在有淋巴结转移组均呈高表达,P<0.05。结论:c-myc、hnRNPK在胃腺癌组织中呈高表达,同时两者的表达呈正相关,有淋巴结转移组高于非转移组,提示hnRNPK参与了胃癌的发生及转移过程,其机制可能是通过激活c-myc基因而产生的。 OBJECTIVE:To explore the expressions of c-myc and hnRNP K and theirclinical significance in gastric adenocarcinoma.METHODS:The expressions of c-myc and hnRNP K were studied by using the SP method of immunohistochemistry in 71 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma samples and 71 cases of normal gastric tissues as the controls.RESULTS:The positive rate of hnRNP K was 78.9%(56/71)in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(47.9%,34/71)(P〈0.01).hnRNP K was localized in the cytoplasm and/or nucleus in the gastric adenocarcinoma groups,which was only localized in the cytoplasm in the control group.The expression of c-myc was higher in the gastric carcinoma groups(56.3%,40/71)than that in the control group(P〈0.001).There was a positive correlation between the expressions of hnRNP K and c-myc(r=0.241,P〈0.01)in the metastases group.The positive rates of hnRNP K and c-myc were significantly higher than those in the non-metastases group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION:hnRNP K may play an important role in the process of gastric adenocarcinoma by c-myc gene activation.
