摘要 目的:检测多聚阳离子复合物(Polycation)对腺病毒载体转染血液肿瘤细胞效率的影响。方法:重组LacZ腺病毒(Ad-LacZ)联合Polycation分别转染HL-60、K562、Jurkat及Raji细胞,观察阳性细胞百分率。结果:Ad-LacZ单独转染肿瘤细胞时转染率较低。联合Polycation共同转染可明显提高腺病毒载体的转染率。结论:多聚阳离子复合物可做为提高Ad-LacZ转染HL-60、K562、Jurkat及Raji细胞的辅助工具。 Objective:To observe the influence of Polycafion on the transfecfion efficacy of recombinant adenovirus. Methods: Recombinant adenovirus coding Lac -Z gene adjuncted with Polycafion reagents were used to infect the hematologic malignant cell lines: HL- 60, Jurkat, Raji and K562. The transfection efficacy was determined by the X - gal staining. Results: Ad - LacZ showed a low transfection efficacy alone, the transfection efficacy could be enhanced by Polycation markedly. Conclusion: Polycafion can enhance the transfection efficacy of recombinant adenovirus in cell lines of hematological malignancies.
