摘要
目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB)组织中不均一核糖核蛋白K(hnRNP K)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测83例TCCB组织和21例慢性膀胱炎患者活检组织中hnRNP K的表达。结果 TCCB组织中hnRNP K的阳性表达率显著高于慢性膀胱炎组织(P<0.05)。hnRNP K的表达与TCCB的临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 TCCB组织中hnRNP K的表达增高与TC-CB的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expressions and significances of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K （ hnRNP K） in transi- tional cell carcinoma of bladder （TCCB） tissues. Methods The hnRNP K expressions of 83 patients with TCCB and 21 patients with chronic cystitis were determined by immunohistochemistry, Results The positive expressions rate of hnRNP K was significantly higher in TCCB tissues than that in the chronic cystitis tissues（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of hnRNP K were closely related to the clinical stage of TCCB （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The high expressions of hnRNP K may be related to the genesis and development of TCCB.
