摘要
我国当前正处在一个独特的多元文化背景之中,其决定了民族教育优惠政策也要随着社会和文化的发展而发生一定的转型。这种转型在价值观上表现为由形式平等到实质平等,在作用机制上表现为由补偿机制到引导机制,在对象选择上表现为由普遍优惠到分层优惠。
At present,the unique multi-cultural background of China requires a transition of preferential policies for ethnic education with social and cultural development of.This is a transition from equality in form to equality in essence in value,from compensation to guidance in mechanism,and from general preference to specific preference in choice of subjects.
