摘要
针对目前我国物流企业人力资源管理上存在的量上不足、质上不高以及员工培训投入过少等问题,结合现代物流企业所需的人力资源特征,运用精细管理方法,从人力资源管理常用的七大模块出发,探讨我国物流企业人力资源管理的现代化。
This article flows in the quantity in view of present our country which in the enterprise human resources management exists in the insufficiency, the nature is not high and the staff train investment is so less and so on. Following the modem age flows the human resources characteristic which the enterprise needs, the utilization fine management, embarks from the human resources management commonly used seven big modules. We discussed our country to flow the enterprise human resources management about the modernization.
