摘要
现代社会的竞争涉及到产品、服务、规模等等方面,但是在这些表面竞争的背后实际上是人才的竞争。物流企业属于服务性行业,因此,人的效率发挥大小直接影响到整个企业的运作。通过对当前物流人才的紧缺以及不足的分析,提出对物流企业的人力资源管理有更大效率应用的要求,提出建立SOC人力资源观念,合理的培训和开发,以及完善激励机制、注重团队和人本思想等一系列创新举措来实现物流企业的人力资源管理创新。
Competition in the modern society is related to product,service,size and so on,but the actually competition lies in talent behind these surface.The efficiency of human resource play a direct impact on the operation of a logistic corporation,which belong to service industry.Through the analysis of current conditions characterized by shortage and lack of qualified personnel,the higher applied requirement for human resource management in logistic company should be meet by a series of innovation measures like SOC resource management,appropriate training and development,improvement of incentive mechanism,focus in team and human-oriented thoughts.
